Exchange Policy

Fasana Collection

At Fasana Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If the size of your outfit does not fit properly, we offer a simple and convenient exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  1. The size is too small or too large.
  2. The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  3. All tags and original packaging are intact.
  4. The exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear pictures of the item.
  • Our team will confirm your exchange request.
  • Send the parcel back to us through any courier service available in your area (You will pay for delivery charges).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size.

3. Important Notes

Exchange is only applicable for size issues.

Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

Delivery charges for sending the item back and receiving the exchanged item are the customer’s responsibility.

Fasana Collection reserves the right to decline exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
